My name is Tracey and I have worked for over 15 years within the public and private sectors for both large and small organisations, in administrative and Personal Assistant roles, I now have a wealth of experience in administration, secretarial, sales and marketing. I have a very customer focused approach to working and enjoy what I do.
Having worked with clients, professionals, the general public and work colleagues at all levels of the management structure, I understand the need for tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner, and have developed excellent communication skills which enable me to work more effectively.
Suitably qualified in PowerPoint, word processing, access and publisher, I am constantly updating my qualifications to keep up with the needs of today’s modern business and at the present time use the Microsoft Office 2007 package.
